Each of Olivewood’s clinicians has a stellar reputation and extensive training in the fundamentals of quality outpatient counseling, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification and skills training. Each provider specializes in client driven, personalized care and is dedicated to building meaningful, supportive relationships with their clients. All clinicians have a Master’s degree and most are licensed practitioners in the state of Pennsylvania.

Becky Richendollar, LCSW – Partner
Becky was named Bethlehem’s Top Social Worker of 2014 by The International Association of Health Care Professionals. She began her work in early intervention and has a special ability to relate to young children and their families. One of her passions is empowering young women. Becky is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and she is a founding partner of Olivewood Counseling.

Sue Dietrich, LCSW – Partner
Sue is renowned for her work with children who have suffered trauma and abuse. Sue also works with adults who have traumatic backgrounds. Her experience includes decades of work with families and children in a variety of settings. She teaches Licensure Preparation and Clinical Supervision for the National Association of Social Workers. Sue is a founding partner and clinical supervisor at Olivewood Counseling.

Amy Esch, LPC
Amy specializes in work with older adolescents and adults. She blends common sense wisdom with a caring nature. Her clients benefit from her supportive personality and her ability to help them gain insight. Amy has extensive experience in school settings with adolescents and college aged clients. She has worked with veterans in an educational setting.

John Weaver, LCSW, BCD, ACSW
John brings decades of expertise and experience to Olivewood. He has earned his reputation as a leader in the field of Clinical Social Work through his writing, work with the National Association of Social Work, volunteer work with the Red Cross, teaching, and training. John was named PA Social Worker of the Year in 2002 for his contributions in the aftermath of September 11. John works well with a wide variety of clients.

Marie Schneller, LPC
Marie has extensive experience working with serious and persistent mental health issues. She is able to use a variety of approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help people with personality disorders. She works with adolescents and adults through individual, marriage, family and group therapy. Marie has a joy for life that her clients find contagious.
